TENDER NAME: TENDER FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 16 CLASSROOMS.
The Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology [RVIST] on behalf of Board of Directors invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the Proposed Construction of 16 classrooms within RVIST main campus.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further tender information at HOD -supply chain management [Procurement] – Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology, Administration Main Campus, during normal working hours 0900- 1700hrs.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1000.00 at Equity a/c 1460261269263 and obtain an official receipt at Finance OR download from www.rvist.ac.ke free of charge.
Bidders who download the tender document MUST email their contact details and tender number to scm@rvist.ac.ke
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for [150] days from the closing date of tender.
Tenders shall be accompanied by bid bonds of Ksh. 3,359,270 [Three Million three hundred fifty nine thousand two hundred seventy only] in the form of bank guarantee, Insurance Company guarantee approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, a letter of credit or guarantee by a deposit taking Microfinance Institution, Sacco Society, the Youth Enterprise Development Fund or Women Enterprise Fund which must be attached to the tender document
All document attached MUST be paginated.
The completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box located at RVIST MAIN CAMPUS FIRST FLOOR, ADMINISTRATION BLOCK or be addressed and posted to
