PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS
INTRODUCTION
Founded in 1971, Food for the Hungry is a Christian relief and development organization whose primary purpose is to facilitate sustainable development and provide emergency relief to those in need. FHs mission is to walk with churches, leaders and families to eliminate all form of poverty through holistic responses. FH operates programs and projects in 26 countries around the world.
SCOPE OF WORK
Food for the Hungry Kenya wishes to update its list of suppliers and service providers and now invites sealed applications from interested and eligible firms to be considered FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO SUPPLY VARIOUS GOODS. WORKS AND SERVICES here under.
This applies to both existing and prospective suppliers.

QUALIFICATION
All interested bidders should physically submit their fully completed questionnaires with copies of the requested documents to the respective offices they are bidding for with the envelope clearly marked with the specific category. Each category is to be filled and submitted separately.
Each supplier can submit a maximum of 5 categories.

The questionnaire will be available from the respective offices from 15th November, 2022 – 28th November, 2022 from 9am~4pm at a non-refundable fee of Kes 2,000.00 paid through our account numbers. Each category is to be bought separately and submitted separately. Each Supplier can purchase a maximum of 5 categories.
For the vehicle, viewing is done on Mondays and Tuesdays at our Nairobi office, Elysee Plaza, 2nd Floor, Kilimani Road from 9am to 3pm.
The completed documents should be dropped on or before 28th November, 2022 in our respective offices in Nairobi, Marsabit, Isiolo and Sololo clearly labelled as below;
