NATIONAL DROUGHT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TENDER DECEMBER 2022 

TENDER NOTICE – READVERTISEMENT         

The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a public body established by the National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) Act, 2016. The Act gives the NDMA the mandate to ex- ercise overall coordination over all matters relating to drought risk management and to establish mechanisms, either on its own or with stakeholders, that will end drought emergencies in Kenya.

The National Drought Management Authority has received funding from the European Union under the Grant “Support to Drought Risk Management (SDRM)” and now wishes to apply part of the funding to support community projects in various Counties. National Drought Management Author- ity now invites applications for tenders from interested and eligible bidders for the below tender:

Interested eligible firms may inspect, view and download the tender document free of charge from
the National Drought Management Authority Website www.ndma.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked
“TENDER NUMBER and TENDER NAME” should be addressed to:

Lonrho House, Standard Street, 8th Floor
P.O. Box 53547 – 00200, NAIROBI
and deposited in the tender box situated at the NDMA Reception, Lonrho House, Standard Street
8th Floor so as to be received on or before 21st December, 2022 at 10:30 a. m.
Tender Documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Boardroom on 17th Floor, Lonrho
House, Standard Street, Nairobi in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose
to attend. The guidelines for the management and prevention of Covid-19 pandemic shall apply.
