free of charge from the ODPP Website: www.odpp.go.ke or public procurement information portal www.
tenders.go.ke.
Tenderers who have downloaded the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@
odpp.go.ke/odppprocurement@gmail.com for the purposes of further communication and issuing addendum
if any.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number should be addressed

And be deposited in the Tender Box at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions House, along Ragati
Road, at the reception during normal working hours from 8.00 am – 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm – 4.50 p.m so
as to be received on or before Monday 2nd January, 2023 11:00am.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who
choose to attend at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Boardroom situated at the ODPP House
ground floor on Monday 2nd January, 2023 11:00am.
