and deposited in the tender box located on the ground floor reception area, KFS Headquarters, Karura off Kiambu Road so as to be received on/or before 02.09.2020 at 10.00 am. Tenders submitted later than the indicated closing date and time shall automatically be disqualified. Tenders will be opened immediately after the dosing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representative/es who choose to attend the open­ing at KFS headquarters main boardroom. In line with the directive of the Ministry of Health, Covid -19 prevention protocols will be observed during the tender opening.
