Kirandich Water Company Ltd has received funds from Water Sector Trust Fund, a State Corporation under the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, implementing the EDE CPIRA programme funded by CoK and European Union (EU) with contribution from the Baringo County Government to undertake the following Water Supply Projects in Baringo County. This is therefore to invite qualified Contractors to submit sealed bids for the tenders as shown below.

Obtaining Bidding Documents
- Interested eligible bidders may download further information and the tender documents from the Baringo County Website: https://www.baringo.go.ke and from the Public Procurement Information Portal. Prices quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from closing date of tender.
- Pre-tender site visit shall be mandatory and will be open for the dates mentioned in the bid documents. Site visit certificates, shall be provided to those who will attend. To obtain the pretender site visit certificate, the representative shall provide a duly signed original introductory letter bearing the Company letterhead and an official stamp authorizing them to represent the company in the pre-tender site visit. Photocopies, scanned copies or any other media will not be accepted. One person shall only represent one company.
- Complete tender document enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked the Tender Name and reference shall be delivered to the tender box situated at the address below on or before, 28th February, 2023 11.00 a.m.

- Tender documents may be submitted via Courier Service and electronic tender shall not be permitted. Late tenders shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
- Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter at the KIWACO OFFICE in the presence of candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.
