INVITATION TO TENDER
The Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) is a government agency established under the Insurance
Act (Amendment) 2006, Cap 487 of the Laws of Kenya with a mandate to regulate, supervise
and promote the development of the insurance industry in Kenya. The Authority wishes to invite
sealed tenders for the following service: –

Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender number and description
should be deposited in the tender box situated on 10th floor, Zep-Re Place, Longonot Road,

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders’ representatives

Late tenders will not be accepted.
