Interested applicants must attach copes of the following:
- Certificate of business registration/incorporation.
- PIN registration certificate.
- VAT registration certificate.
- Valid tax compliance certificate.
- Valid NCA certificate in a relevant tender item.
- Special groups (Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities) to attach DAGPO/YAGPO/WAGPO certificates.
- Business permit/License number.’
- Any other document that may be relevant to the tender applied.
Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained free of charge from the Supply Chain Management Offices, Garissa during normal working hours. Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes bearing a clearly marked Tender No” should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the main entrance to the County Commissioner’s office or be sent by post office to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the County Commissioner’s boardroom in the presence of candidates or representatives who choose to attend.
