INVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER FOR LEASING OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL 
PRINTERS: DBK/ITT/008/2022-2023
1. The Development Bank of Kenya invites sealed tenders for leasing multi-functional printers and related services
companywide as per the schedule of requirements in this tender document.
2. Tendering will be conducted under an open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours between 0900 to 1500 hours at the address below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
non-refundable fees of KSH—1,000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given
below.
5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)
www.devbank.com or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tenderers downloading documents from the designated Websites shall advise the Procurement Entity that
they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (email, telephone
number, and postal address) immediately through (procurement@devbank.com ) to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings One Hundred Thousand
(KES.100,000.00)
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [1200hrs on Friday, 10th March
2023]. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
