INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR DISPOSAL OF WASTE PAPER AND RELATED MATERIALS
TENDER NO: KNEC/ONT/2022-2023/24
1. The Kenya National Examinations Council invites sealed tenders though Open National
Tender for Disposal of Waste Paper and Related Materials.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below. Those wishing
to participate in this tender MUST register by way of sending the name of their firm,
telephone contact and email address to procurement@knec.ac.ke
3. Bid prices quoted should be inclusive of all costs and taxes, and shall remain valid for (150)
one hundred and fifty days from the date of tender opening.
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 13th April 2023 at
10.00 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
8. Those wishing to participate in this tender MUST register by way of sending the name of their

9. Special conditions of contract shall be agreed upon during contract signing.
