INVITATION TO TENDER

PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF E-CITIZEN SERVICES
1.The State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services invites sealed tenders for the Provision of
Management and Maintenance of E-Citizen Services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN tendering method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is
OPEN to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tenderers may obtain a complete set of tender documents free of charge from the following websites:
www.tenders.go.ke , www.interior.go.ke or PPIP portal
4.Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to ps@immigration.go.ke
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Head of Supply Chain Management, State
Department for Immigration and Citizen Services, P.O Box 30395-00100 Nairobi, during normal working hours (8.00
a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.) East African Time. More details on the service are provided in PART 2-
Supply Requirements Section V-Schedule of requirements in the Tender Document.
6.The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7.Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 21
st April, 2023, 10.00a.m. Electronic Tenders
will not be permitted.
8.. A Tender security of 2% of the tender sum must be attached.
9.Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time
specified later. Tender will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers designated representatives who choose
to attend at the address below.
10.. Late tenders will be rejected.
