The Department of Lands, Housing and Physical Planning invites sealed tenders for:

Obtaining Bidding Documents

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at Department of Lands Housing and Physical planning, Kericho County and inspect the tender documents at county website www.kericho.go.ke. A complete tender document may be obtained and downloaded by interested candidates free of charge from the county website: www.kericho.go.ke.

Pre-tender site visit shall be Mandatory and will be on the dates indicated above and all bidders should assemble by 9:30 a.m. at the Department of Lands, Housing and Physical Planning.

Submission of Bid Documents

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the Tender number. Title of the tender and be deposited in the Tender box Situated at Department of Lands Housing and Physical Planning Office, Ground Floor to be received on or before Friday 11th September, 2020 at 10.00 a.m. and shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of Tender, Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened. Unsealing of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Lands, Housing and Physical Planning Building in the presence of tenderers/representative who wish to attend and be addressed to:

Chief Officer, Department of Lands, Housing and Physical Planning.

Tender is only open to those who meet the requirements for eligibility.

Bidders are required to serialize/paginate all pages of each bid submitted.

Bidders are required to dully fill the declaration form not to engage in corruption or any fraudulent practices.
