Interested bidders can download the tender document from the county government of Tana River website www.tanarivercounty.go.ke and or from IFMIS tender portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  using the negotiating number above

NB: HARD COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

The tenderers who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in IFMIS Supplier Portal should contact the IFMIS help desk [Tel: 0800721477] at the National Treasury or contact principle supply chain management officer at the County Headquarters.

Bids must be submitted through IFMIS supplier portal not later than 26th  APRIL 2023.The tender
opening process will be on 26th  APRIL 2023 at 10.00 AM in the County boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Bids submitted later than the closing date will automatically be disqualified.

N/B. Pre-tender site visits is a mandatory requirement for this tender and tenderers are advised
