NRC is an implementing partner for Water Sector Trust Fund, in the Water and Livelihood Programme targeting Turkana West Sub County of Turkana County host and refugee communities. The Programme is funded by the Royal Embassy of Denmark, through the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA).
NRC Nairobi office hereby invites interested, reputable, qualified and licensed contractors to submit their firm bid offers for the following tender.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the tender documents free of charge with detailed BOQs and TOR from NRC procurement platform https://procuremcnt.nrcsystcms.net/ from Friday 28th August to 9th September 2020.
Complete bid document/s should be submitted through the online procurement platform via https://procuremcnt.nrcsystems.nct/bid in PDF format not exceeding 20MBs or hand delivered in NRC Kakuma office, Next to UNHCR compound within Kakuma town enclosed in plain sealed envelope bearing the contract reference number and containing original and copy bids to be received before or on 10th September 2020 at 1000 hrs. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 1030 hrs. virtually via a zoom link that will be provided in the response after successful submission of the tender document. Bidders or their representatives are encouraged to attend the opening session.
Norwegian Refugees Council reserves the right to withdraw, accept or reject any bid application and may annul the tender process at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
