SECTOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES
Community Road Empowerment [CORE] has received financing from Japan Social Development Fund [JSDF] toward the cost of the Improved Livelihoods Opportunities and Accessibility for Underserved Urban Communities in Meru, Kenya, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments for goods, works, and non-consulting services to be procured under this project including contracts for (roads works, supply and delivery of goods,services and complex information technology installation etc.]. CORE intends to prequalify individuals, contractors and /or firms for:

Prequalification is open to all interested eligible bidders and may obtain further information from Community Road Empowerment [CORE] [address below] during working hours [0900 to 1700hours. Kenyan time) from Monday to Friday. A complete set of the prequalification documents in English language may be downloaded free of charge from CORE’S website: www.corekenya.org.
Special groups comprising youth, women and persons with disability who are dully registered with the Directorate of Public Procurement at the National Treasury are encouraged to apply and will be given preference under RESERVED eligibility.
The list of the prequalified suppliers will be posted on the CORF.’s website within two months of closure of the process. Please take note that a‘ company may only be prequalified in a maximum of two categories.
Applications for prequalification should be submitted on or before 12th May 2023 at 17;00 hours. The documents should be in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with Category description, Category number and addressed to:
