NCWSC/49/2022 – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BIG SIZE WATER METERS.
3. The NAIROBI CITY WATER AND SEWERAGE COMPANY invites sealed tenders for the supply
of goods NCWSC/49/2022 – SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BIG SIZE WATER METERS.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. The tender is open to eligible bidders.

7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours at the address given below
8. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.nairobiwatertenders.co.ke. & tenders@nairobiwater.co.ke Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.nairobiwatertenders.co.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to tenders@nairobiwater.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
10. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of Kes 400,000/= valid for 240 days.
11. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on
Friday,5th May, 2023. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
