KTDA Power Company Limited [KPTC] on behalf of Michimikuru Tea Factory Company invites tenders from eligible firms for Design, Financing, Construction, and Operation and Maintenance of Solar PV plant at the factory.
KPTC is looking for a capable and experienced Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) contractor to develop and invest in an optimally sized solar PV plant within the precincts of the factory.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office, on first floor KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable tender fee. The tender documents can be requested by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com
Both financial and technical bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number addressed to:

Completed documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on Ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 23rd May 2023 at 9:30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.
The tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log-in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
