Tendering Process will be conducted through the Open National Tender Method. All Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office hours 0900 hours to 1600 hours from Monday to Friday excluding lunch hour (1300 to 1400hours] and public holidays.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes Marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box next to Finance Manager’s Office, Malindi Water and Sewerage Co. Ltd along Maji road opposite County Assembly of Kilifi at the address below so as to be received on the dates as indicated in the table above. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
