Kapenguria Water and Sewerage Service Limited [KAWASES) has received funding from WaterFund towards development of and management of water and sanitation services in the marginalized and underserved areas. Kapenguria Water and Sewerage Service Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for:

All Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office hours 0900 hours to 1600 hours from Monday to Friday excluding lunch hour [1300 to 1400hours) and public holidays. Kindly note that there shall be a Mandatory Pre-tender site visit meeting on 16th May, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

A complete set of tender documents shall be downloaded for free from West Pokot County Government website www.westpokot.go.ke/Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke and immediately email the firm’s name and contacts details to kewasco@yahoo.com for records and communication for any tender clarifications or addenda.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box at the County Treasury Building, Ground floor at

the address below so as to be received on or before 23^rd  May, 2023 at 11.00a.m EAT. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

All documents MUST be serialized in the format [1,2,3,….]

KAWASES reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
