Umoja Wendani Sacco intends to shortlist contactors for construction of the Proposed Umoja Wendani Plaza, a Mixed Use Commercial Development in Nairobi comprising of commercial and residential accommodation along Kayole Spine Road, Nairobi County.
UWS hereby invites sealed applications from interested and eligible bidders with technical capacity to be pre-qualified for the following categories of works:

Prequalification documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the CATEGORY NUMBER and CATEGORY, bearing no indication of the applicant should be deposited in the tender box provided at UMOJA WENDANI SACCO HEAD OFFICE and addressed to:

So as to reach Umoja Wendani Sacco Head Office not later than FRIDAY 19TH MAY 2023 at 2.00 pm. Prequalification documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected. No submissions will be made online.
