Interested eligible candidates are requested to inspect the tender documents and obtain clarification concerning the tender documents from the office of the Head of Supply Chain Management Samburu County, Treasury Building Maralal during working hours. Bidders to download the tender documents (free of charge) from the county government of Sam­buru website: www.samburu.go.ke  or www.tenders.go.ke  using above IFMIS negotiation.

Bidders must upload copy of original bid security to the IFMIS portal and deliver the ORIGINAL bid security to the Office of Ag. Director Supply Chain Management Procurement department county headquarters, basement room 02. Completed tender documents for Open Tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal so as to be received not later than Monday 22nd  May 2023 at 10.00 am.

Completed tender documents for Frameworks Agreement must be Deposited at the Tender box located at the County Headquarter Ground floor so as to be received not later than Monday 22nd May 2023 at 10.00 am.

NOTE: Interested and eligible bidders having challenges uploading their tender documents in the Integrated Management System (IFMIS) supplier portal may obtain assistance from IFMIS desk on 0800721477/0202480180 at the National Trea­sury.

Please note that MANUAL SUBMISSION IS ACCEPTED FOR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ONLY. All OPEN Tenders Docu­ments must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL.
