Tender requirements, instructions and complete tender documents may be obtained from Procurement Office during
normal working hours (Monday-Friday) from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm upon payment of
non-refundable fee of KES.1000/- in bankers cheque or direct deposit to the University of Eldoret Account or be downloaded
from the University of Eldoret website www.uoeld.ac.ke or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Submission of complete tender documents in hard copies in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender
name and Tender Reference Number should be addressed and delivered to:

ELDORET.
Or deposited in the Tender Box ‘A’ at University of Eldoret Administration Block so as to be received on or before 23rd
May, 2023 at 11.00 am local time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders/their representatives who choose to attend,
at the Forestry Complex Boardroom.
University shall strictly adhere to guidelines issued by the Government on Covid-19 pandemic during opening of the
tenders.
Late tenders shall not be accepted.
