TENDER DOCUMENT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VIDEO ENDOSCOPY/COLONOSCOPY
Murang’a County Government invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Video
Endoscopy/Colonoscopy
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.muranga.go.ke or suppliers’ portal http:/supplier.treasury.go.ke. Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from a
designated Website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender
documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer to procurement21@muranga.go.ke.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.muranga.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to procurement21@muranga.go.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
4. Two hard copies of complete tender document shall be dropped at the county tender box
situated at the county headquarters reception ground floor.
5. The tender closing date is 29th May, 2023 AT 10.00 A.M.
6. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and
shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
