SoCha LLC Kenya is seeking the prequalification of vendors that are interest in becoming the preferred supplier for the USAID Localization, Inclusion,.and Sustainability Activity (LISA) for the period of 2023- 2028.
The categories of good and services to be pre-qualified are indicated below:

Mandatory Statutory documents
All applicants must submit all the following mandatory document as an attachment to their expression of interest:
- A copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
- A copy of current and valid Tax Compliance certificate
- PIN Certificate
- Audited financial reports for the last two years
- Three References and contacts
- For Taxi and Car Hire services please indicate which region you .we applying for.
Interested bidders should submit their EOI documents as an email attachment to lisa_procurement@socha.net by 2nd June, 2023. The maximum limit per email is 25Mbs
It should be noted this EOI is free and that SoCha LLC Kenya is not obliged to invite any potential vendor that has expressed interest to participate in any subsequent bidding process. Calls for proposals and any subsequent purchase order will be issued in accordance with the procurement policies and procedures of SoCha LLC Kenya. Applicants will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bids.
