The following are mandatory requirements that MUST be submitted together with bids.
- Copy of Certificate of incorporation /Registration
- Copy of NCA 5 Certificate minimum.
- Copy of Personal Identification number [PIN] certificate
- Copy of a valid Single business Permit
- Copy of a Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Duly filled Confidential Business Questionnaire
- Dully filled Bill of quantities in the format provided.
- Certified Bank statement for the last 6 months
- Proof of ownership Equipment/ Lease agreement.
- Proof of Technical staff/ copy of certificates at least 3 Technical staff
- Portfolio of past clients in similar works
- Detailed company profile
- Certificate of Completion of at least 3 projects of similar nature.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender description and tender number on the above date. Bidders are invited to attend the opening on the said date. The response should be addressed to:
