TENDER NOTICE                      

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEAT (BEEF) ON BONES
TENDER NO. NYS/PROC/30/2022-2024 

The NATIONAL YOUTH SERVICE (NYS) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and
delivery of meat (beef) on bones (Open Tender) frame work tender for 2 years.
A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the Services websites:
www.nys.go.ke or from National Treasury Portal: http//supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge
or Ksh.1,000 will be charged for obtaining tender document from NYS headquarters payable to
the NYS cash or bankers’ cheque.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid
for (120) days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked with the tender
number and be deposited in the tender box at the NYS Headquarters, Ruaraka, 1st floor so as to
be received on or before 14th June 2023 at 10.00 a.m. addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 10.00 a.m. in the presence of tenderers or their
