INVITATION TO TENDER 
PROPOSED REHABILITATION OF ACCESS ROAD TO OXYGEN PLANT AT KERICHO COUNTY REFERRAL HOSPITAL

1. The County Government of Kericho invites sealed tenders for the construction of Proposed rehabilitation of
access road to oxygen plant at Kericho County Referral Hospital.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all AGPO- YOUTH
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours (9.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm) local time, Monday to Friday at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of KES 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.kericho.go.ke or the PPIP website
www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kericho.go.ke or PPIP
website www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to supplychain@kericho.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 140 days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration
8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
9. Completed tendersmust be delivered to the address belowon or before 9th June, 2023 at 10:00 am (East African
Time).ElectronicTenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected.
