INVITATION TO TENDER
DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE, TRANSPORT, HOUSING, PUBLIC WORKS & ENERGY
TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ISUUNI RIVER DRIFT 

TENDER NUMBER:1300089/2022/2023 
1. The DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE, TRANSPORT, HOUSING, PUBLIC WORKS & ENERGY
invites sealed tenders for the CONSTRUCTION OF ISUUNI RIVER DRIFT
2. Tendering will be conducted under competitive Open Method – Open National Tendering
using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all tenders.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender
documents during normal office working hours at office of director supply chain
management services Makueni county.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates from County
Government Website www.tenders.go.ke or www.makueni.go.ke free of charge.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize and paginate all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
6. Mandatory Pre-tender site visit shall be held on 9/06/2023 at the site. Interested bidders shall
converge at Mukuyuni Health Center and then proceed to the site. Bidders must provide a Pre-bid
attendance certificate and ensure they are signed by the procuring entity representative.
7. Completed tenders shall be submitted electronically through IFMIS system
www.suppliers.treasury.go.ke on or before 13TH June 2023 at 10:00 AM.
8. Tenders will be electronically opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above.
