The procurement committee shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any other offer and reserves the right to accept any offer in part or whole.
The quotation should include all costs of delivery of goods to the school.
Samples when required will be provided free of charge.
Tender documents can be attained from the school account office upon payment of Kshs. 1,000 during working days and hours. Complete tender documents in sealed plain envelop clearly marked Tender No………………………………… should be deposited in the tender box placed at the reception by Friday 23/06/2023 at 10.00am.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the school board room in the presence of bidders / their representatives who may choose to witness.
