TENDER FOR FOR PROVISION FOR TRAINING SERVICES FOR DRIVING COURSE PROGRAM
The National Government Constituency Development Fund Kajiado North Constituency invites
sealed tenders for the provision of driving school services for constituents located in Kajiado
North Constituency.

upon payment of Kshs. 1,000 to be deposited in the account below:

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain
valid for 150 days after date tender opening, tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the
date of opening.
The tenderers must fill the Tender Securing Declaration Form provided, provide a selfdeclaration that the firm is not debarred from participating in public Procurement and provide
that it will not engage in corrupt practice.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plan-sealed envelopes marked

contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers
