| PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS NOTICE |
Tharaka Technical and Vocational College is a public institution based in Tharaka Nithi County, Tharaka south Sub-County Tharaka Constituency. The college mandate is to train TVET Programmes.
Tharaka Technical Vocational College invites applications for pre-qualification from interested and qualified suppliers for provision of various services, goods and work’. Pre-qualification documents containing detailed requirements and terms & conditions of bidding may be obtained from the College Website: www.tharakatechnical.ac.ke PPIP Portal free of charge or Procurement Office during working hours on payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs 1000.00.
BIDDERS MUST ATTACH CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Single business permit
- Valid tax compliance certificate
- Valid PIN /VAT certificate
- Valid business registration/incorporation certificate
- Valid NCA certificate in the case of construction category
Bidders must serialize each page of the prequalification document submitted.Complete tender documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked PRE- QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS and addressed to:

Should be sent through the above address or be deposited in the tender box in the college reception so as to be received on or before 26th June, 2023 at 12 Noon. The prequalification documents will be opened immediately thereafter at the Deputy Principal’s office in the presence of bidders/ their representatives who may wish to witness.
