Complete Tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office during normal working Hours (8.00am- 5.00pm) Monday to Fridays upon payment of Ksh. 1,000 (Non-Refundable) in the Institutes KCB Bank A/C No. 1106857135, Siaya Branch and presentation of the Bank slip to the Institutes Finance Office for receipting. The Tender documents may also be downloaded from the Institutes website www.siayainstitute.ac.ke free of charge

Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “The Title and the Reference Number” should be addressed to the undersigned and dropped into the TENDER BOX located outside the Administrative Block on or before 26th June 2023 at 10:00 am. The Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Institutional Management Open Restaurant in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
