TENDER NOTICE

The Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) was established as a corporate institution under Section 21 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2009 (POCAMLA) and Prevention of Terrorism Act (PATO) 2012 with the principal objective of identifying proceeds of crime and combating money laundering.

The Centre hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Software and Licenses as follows:

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Financial Reporting Centre Offices, UAP Old Mutual Tower, 29th Floor Upper Hill Road, P.O Box, Private bag, 00200 Nairobi during normal office working hours.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refund­able fees of Kshs.1000 only, payable to the Financial Reporting Centre OR download the tender document from FRC website www.frc.go.ke at no cost.

Bidders who download the tender documents from the website must visit the FRC Offices to register the tender before the submission date or send an email to procurement@frc.go.ke confirming participation. This is also to allow for communication in case of any clarifications.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and levies, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the tender closing date.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender name and be deposited in the Tender Box at the Financial Reporting Centre, UAP Old Mutual tower, 29th Floor, Upper

Hill Road, Nairobi or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Friday 25th September, 2020 at 11.00 am.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the above address.
