RFP FOR THE SUPPLY, IMPUMENTATION AND CUSTOMIZATION OF AN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Shelter Afrique [SHAF] is looking to implement a scalable Electronic Document and Records Management System. The purpose of RFP is to invite proposals from experienced Service Providers of repute and credentials for implementation of complete EDRMS solution. SHAF Invites bids from bidders who are technically and commercially capablefor the supply, installation, implementation, commissioning and customization of an Electronic Document and Records Management System [EDRMS].
A complete Request for Proposal [RFP] document may be downloaded for free from our website on the following link: https://www.shelterafrique.org/en/home . Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in USD.
The complete proposal documents shall be submitted in hard copy to SHELTER AFRIQUE OFFICES, L0NG0N0T ROAD, UPPERHILL, SHELTER AFRIQUE CENTRE NAIROBI marked us REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL [RFP] FOR ACQUISITION OF AN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM [EDRMS]. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted, including any addendums, appendices and attachments.
Prospective bidders can request for clarifications by sending an email to the Procurement Office, procurement@shelterafrique.org . The Procurement office will respond in writing to requests for clarification received not later than five [5] days prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders.
Deadline for submission is on or before 2.00 P.M Monday 31st July 2023. Bids will be opened and evaluated immediately. SHAF reserves the right to request submission of additional information from prospective bidders. SHAF may at any time terminate this procurement process before the award of contract and shall not be liable to any person for the termination.
Canvassing or lobbying for the bids shall lead to automatic disqualification.
