YEARS 2023/2024 AND 2024/2025
The Parliamentary Joint Services invites applications from interested and eligible bidders for the registration of suppliers, consultants and contractors for use on ‘as and when required basis’ in the Financial Years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 ending on 30th June 2025 in the categories listed in the registration document in our website.
Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Office on 4th Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or email through procurementpjs@parllament.go.ke or dg@parliament.go.ke . A complete set I of the Registration document may be downloaded free of charge from the Commission’s Website; www.parliament.go.ke .
Duly completed, serialized and paginated Registration documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed under the registration documents and be dropped in the Tender Box at the Reception on 4th Floor, Protection House, Nairobi and be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 21st July, 2023 at 11.00 a.m.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend or their appointed representatives, at Protection House, 4th floor boardroom, Nairobi.
