PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS YEAR 2023/2024

The Regional Centre for Mapping of Resources for Development (RCMRD) is an Intergovernmental organization which provides services in surveying, mapping, remote sensing and GIS to its member States, partners and clients. It was established under the auspices of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and the African Union and currently has 20 contracting Member States in the Eastern and Southern Africa Regions; Botswana, Burundi, Comoros, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Namibia, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somali, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

RCMRD is located at Kasarani Road, opposite Kasarani Police Division Headquarters.

RCMRD wishes to pre-qualify suppliers of the following items, services and agents for the financial year 2023/2024.

A1 Supply of stationeries & large format paper 24”, 36” and 42”
A2 Supply of office furniture & equipment
A3 Supply of genuine cartridges
  Supply and/or hire of surveying equipment/total stations/GPS/PDAs drones etc
A4 Supply of computer hardware/software/printers/servers/technical support/ Computer accessories/cameras
A5 Supply and printing of calendars/Diaries/annual reports, business cards, brochures, T-Shirts, conference bags etc

B1 General Contractors-builders, renovators for plumbing, electrical and general maintenance of buildings
B2 Maintenance of Generator & Solar installations
B3 Maintenance of PABX IP phones and CCTV
B4 Firefighting maintenance services
B5 Borehole Maintenance and water pump services
B6 Installation, service and Maintenance of Mechanical Ventilation and air conditioning systems
B7 Maintenance and service of lifts
CATEGORY C
Cl Outsourced Security Services
C2 Catering services/ Hire of Tents and party decor services
C3 Transport services hire of saloon cars, 4WD vehicles and buses, taxis (airport transfers)
C4 Outsourced Cleaning Services
C5 Consultancy services e.g. organization review, strategic plan, development of systems etc staff training and development, team building seminars/proposal writing etc
C6 Leasing of multifunctional printers, plotters and large format printers (min 42” wide)
C7 Supply of drinking water and leasing of water dispensers
