STATE DEPARTMENT FOR INTERNAL SECURITY AND NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION

OFFICE OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONER – KITUI COUNTY

SUB-COUNTIES: MWINGI CENTRAL, MWINGI EAST, TSEIKURU, MUMONI, MIGWANI, KYUSO, IKUTHA, MUTOMO, MUTITO, KITUI CENTRAL, KISASI, MATINYANI, NZAMBANI, KATULANI, LOWER YATTA, KITUI WEST, MUTITU NORTH AND THAGICU.

Tenders are invited for the supply and delivery of goods and provision of services to Government Departments/ institutions within the above Sub-counties as and when required for the period ending 30,h June, 2025.

Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the Supply Chain Management office, Kitui County or the respective sub-counties procurement offices during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 [One thousand only] per set of the document. Payment should be made at the respective sub-County Treasuries. Pre-qualification documents are free.

Applicants must attach copies of VAT certificates, PIN certificate, Business Registration Certificates, Valid Tax Compliance certificates, single business permit and registration required for preferences & reservations.

Applicants for Tender No. KIT/CC/18 & 20 MUST be registered with National Construction Authority. Attach copies of registration certificates as proof.

Prices quoted must be inclusive of VAT and any other Taxes and must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of this tender.

Deputy County Commissioners of Sub-Counties stated above or deposited in Tender boxes at the entrance to the County and Deputy County Commissioner’s offices, so as to reach on or before 10.00am on 27th July 2023. Documents will be opened thereafter in the boardrooms of the County Commissioner and respective Deputy County commissioners, in the presence of bidders who chose to attend.
