The Northern Rangelands Trust [NRT) is a non-profit umbrella organization that supports 43-member Community Conservancies across northern and coastal Kenya with fundraising, technical support, governance support and training to member community conservancies. Its mission is to develop resilient community owned conservancies that transform lives, secure peace and conserve natural resources. The Northern Rangelands Trust [“hereinafter referred to as NRT”] invites sealed applications from eligible candidates for purposes of tendering for provision of various goods, works and services as indicated below;

Interested eligible firms may download the tender document from www.nrt.kenya.org and obtain any clarification / information from bids@nrt-kenya.org

BIDDERS MUST ATTACH CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING;-

1. Business Permit
2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
3. Valid PIN/VAT Certificate
4. Valid Business registration / Incorporation Certificate
5. Firms CR12
6. Valid NCA Certificate [for Building and Civil Works]
7. Organization profile and evidence of similar works done
8. Recommendation letter from 3 business referees.

Tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as follows detailed in the tender documents and must be delivered to:

The bids should be hand delivered or couriered not later than 3rd August, 2023 at 11.00am. Opening for the same will be done immediately after in presence of contractors or their representatives at NRT HQ Lewa offices.

Note: Email tenders will not be accepted – All tenders should be submitted in hard copies and late tenders will not be considered for bidding process.
