TENDER NOTICE

Pate Marine Community Conservancy [PMCC] is a lead implementing partner for Water Sector Trust Fund [Water Fund] in partnership with County Government of Lamu in the Sustainable Management and Access to Water and Sanitation in the ASALs [SWASAP] Programme, targeting Pate in Lamu East Sub-County, Lamu County, The SWASAP Programme, funded by the Government of Denmark through DANIDA, is aimed at increasing community resilience and adaptation to climate change through sustainable, peaceful use of natural resources including improved access to water and sanitation services in the target ASAL Counties.

PMCC in partnership with WaterFund and County Government of Lamu is in the process of implementing SWASAP Programme with three project components: Water Resource Management, Water Services [Water Infrastructure] and Sanitation (Institutional and CLTS],

PMCC hereby invites interested, experienced, reputable and licensed contractors to submit sealed offers for the following tenders with closing dates of 3’d August, 2023 at 11.00 A.M EAT. Late tenders will not be accepted.

2.     Construction of 1No water kiosk with 5,000 litres plastic overhead tank with associated rising main and distribution line.

3.     Construction of 2no 4 door VIP latrines at Mtangwanda primary school

4.     Construction of 100m3 underground water tank (Djabia] in Ndau village & fencing

5.     30x 20M perimeter Concrete Pole Fence for Reverse Osmosis Plant

Bidders will also be required to register their details as they drop their bids. Tenders will be opened immediately at the NRT Lamu Office Boardroom in the presence of bidders or representatives who wish to witness the opening.

PCCM reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers
