HUNGER RESPONSE IN NAIROBI
Integrated Education for Community Empowerment [IECE] is a local NGO based in Nairobi, Kenya.
To support our activities:
IECE invites bids/quotation tenders from eligible suppliers registered under the Law of Kenya for supply and delivery of food items listed in the RFQ document. Interested candidates may download Request For Quotation (RFQ] forms with list of items required from the link: https://www.iefce.org/tenders/.
Tender bids/completed Request For Quotation, company profile, registration documents, Pin/valid TAX compliance certificates, current operating license, past experience and latest audited financials, clearly indicating tender number IECE/EDHCR/1/2023 should be mailed to: iece_procurement@iefce.org on or before deadline of 7th August 2023 at
9.00 am
No hard copy application shall be accepted.
Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline by the Tender Committee.
N/B:
- Quantities of items may be adjusted to align the total cost with the budgeted amount.
- IECE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and is not bound to give any reasons for its decision.
- Samples shall be delivered to our offices upon request.
Specific instructions:
- Goods to be delivered in Nairobi at a store to be communicated to the selected suppliers].
- Goods shall be verified for quality satisfaction as specified by relevant regulatory bodies, long expiry dates and approved by an IECE procurement staff.
- Attached find a Tender questionnaire, IECE whistleblowing Policy, and Mandatory Principals of Humanitarian Aid Procurement. They should be signed, stamped and sent back together with bid documents.
