The African Development Bank [hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) wishes to invite technical and financial proposals from experienced companies for the Provision of Internet-Based Network Solution.

A mandatory site visit followed by a pre-bid conference will take place on Wednesday, August 09,2023, at 10:00 am EAT.

Eligible companies are invited to submit their proposals in one (1) original and four [4) copies, in a sealed envelope [with both the technical proposal questionnaire and financial proposal questionnaire in separate sealed envelopes, with flash disks in each) to the following address:
