TENDER FOR DESIGN, FINANCING, CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SOLAR PV PLANT FOR KAGWE TEA FACTORY

KTDA POWER COMPANY LTD TENDER AUGUST 2023 

KTDA Power Company Limited (KPTC) on behalf of Kagwe Tea Factory Company invites tenders from eligible firms for Design, Financing, Construction, and Operation and Maintenance of Solar PV plant at the factory.

KPTC is looking for capable and experienced Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) contractors to develop and Invest in an optimally sized solar PV plant within the precincts of the factory.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office, on first floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi  Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable tender fee. Bidders who had participated In tender number KTDA/141/2022 for the same project have been exempted from paying the tender registration fee, The tender documents can be requested by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com

Both financial and technical bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number addressed to:

Completed documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 15^th  August 2023 at 9.30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.

The tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.

Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
