TAVEVO Water and Sewerage Company Limited, a Water Service Provider licensed by Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB] and fully owned by the County Government of TAITA TAVETA has received funds from Water Sector Trust Fund [WSTF], a State
Corporation under the Ministry of Water & Sanitation and Irrigation for the construction works for VOI Bus Park- Public Sanitation Facility.
1) The company now invites sealed tenders from eligible, qualified and competent contractors for the Construction Works for VOI Bus Park- Public Sanitation Facility. The implementation period of the Works and Services will be 3 Months with a Defect Liability Period of 3 Months. The Works will be done near the old municipal offices.
2) Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender Method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3) Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [8.00 a. m.-1.00 p.m. & 2.00 p.m-5.00 p.m) from Monday to Friday except on public holiday at the address given below.
4) A complete Set of Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded FREE of charge from the Company website www.tavevowater.co.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@tavevowater.co.ke , +254 713 676 213 or + 254 780 676 213, P.0 Box 6-80300 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5) Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes and Duties. Tenders shall remain valid for 119 days from the deadline date of submission of bids.
6) All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security from the Bank in the amount of not less than KSHS. 50,000.00 [Kenya Shilling Fifty Thousand Only) and Valid for 149 Days from Deadline date of bid submission.
7) Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted and Included Table of Contents.
8) Duly completed tender document Must be submitted in a plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelopes (in “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”) clearly marked Tender REFERENCE NO. TV0/TVT/T/CW/002/2023-2024 for Construction Works for VOI Bus Park- Public Sanitation Facility and shall be addressed to the address indicated below and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Boardroom Block so as to be received on or before Friday, 18th August, 2023 at 11.00 A.M.
