TENDER NOTICE
INVITATION TO TENDER AND REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS OF GOODS, WORKS & SERVICES FOR FYs 2023-2024 & 2024-2025
1. The County Government of Nyamira invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for Supply and
Delivery/ Provision of Goods, Works and services to various County Departments and Public Institutions
within Nyamira County for the Financial Years 2023-2024 & 2024-2025
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive Method National using standardized tender
document and in this regard, Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect Tender Documents during
office hours [0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained freely by interested tenderers from the website
address given herein.: www.nyamira.go.ke and Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (120)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 14th August 2023 at
10.30. a.m local time
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of Tenderers’ designated
representatives who may choose to attend at the address below.
9. Bidders are also notified that tender documents will be submitted manually to the address given herein,
Late tenders will be rejected.
10. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes bearing the Tender number on the top right-hand
Corner but with no indication of the Tenderer’s name should be placed in the Tender Box at ground Floor
of the main entrance to Nyamira County Government Offices or sent by post/Courier to the address
provided below.
11. Bidders are advised to visit the County Government of Nyamira website www.nyamira.go.ke from time
to time before deadline for submission of tender documents in case of issuance of addendum/s and
any relevant communication about the tenders as and when it may be deemed necessary.
