SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NON-PHARMACEUTICALS FOR KAKAMEGA COUNTY HEALTH FACILITIES 

TENDER No: CGKK/MOH/OT/001/2023/2024 
The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KAKAMEGA invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
NON-PHARMACEUTICALS FOR KAKAMEGA COUNTY HEALTH FACILITIES
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours (0800 to 1700 hours) at the address given below.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the County Website: www.kakamega.go.ke or
the Public Procurement and Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplychain@kakamega.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KES 500,000/- from reputable bank or an
insurance company approved by PPRA
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 11th August, 2023.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives and who choose to attend at the address below.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
