HIAS Refugee Trust of Kenya invites applications for pre-qualification/registration of goods and services providers from interested and eligible vendors for the period 2024-2026. Prequalification documents with detailed information can be obtained from https://bit.ly/PRE-QUALIFICATIONS  and returned by 3.00pm, 14th August 2023 with a non-refundable fee of Kes 2,000.00 payable cash or MPESA number 0798 531051.

Duly completed pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes with appropriate category reference numbers and item description marked on top “Pre-Qualification of Vendors” and addressed to ‘HIAS Refugee Trust of Kenya Procurement Committee’ should be mailed to the address below or deposited in the Tender Box at the HIAS Refugee Trust of Kenya Nairobi office, on or before 3.00pm, 14th August 2023. Late applications will not be accepted.
