Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Rongai NG-CDF boardroom in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend and late bids will be returned unopened.
- Copy of VAT and PIN registration certificate
- Copy of business registration certificate/ Certificate of incorporation and CR12
- Copy of current single business permit
- Copy of valid KRA tax compliance certificate
- Proof of financial capability/ sound bank statement [This will not be used to bar the Youth, Women and Persons living with disability]
- Proof of past work experience [This will not be used to bar the Youth, Women and Persons living with disability]
- Copy of valid registration with National Construction Authority [NCA], ERC or AGPO Certificate where applicable
- Any other required document as stated in the tender/prequalification document.
Detailed tender documents can be obtained from the Rongai NG-CDF office. Completed tender documents submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Number should be deposited in the tender box situated at Rongai NG-CDF office at Kampi Ya Moto Centre on or before Monday 21st August, 2023 at 10.00 a.m.
All tender documents shall be provided free of any charges. The prequalification documents will be opened thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
