REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR FY-2023/2024- 2024/2025 
Omuga TVC is a public TVET College under the Ministry of Education, State Department of TVET that is located
2.3km off Misambi Market along the Kisumu-Oyugis -Kisii Highway within Kabondo Kasipul Constituency, Homa
Bay County.
The college hereby invites sealed applications for registration of suppliers for the provision of goods, services and
works. Interested eligible suppliers/service providers are invited to apply in the categories listed :

RESERVED: Set aside for Youth, Women and Persons with Disability.
Requirements: 1. Registration Certificate with relevant body i.e. National Council of people with disabilities and
Ministry of Public Service youth and gender affairs.2. Company Registration Certificate. 3. Tax Pin Certificate 4.
Tax Compliance /exemption Certificate.
OPEN; Application is open to the general Public.
Requirements: 1. Registration Certificate.2. Company Registration Certificate. 3. Tax Pin Certificate4. Tax
Compliance /exemption Certificate.5. Tender Purchase Receipt. 6. Trading License. 7. At least 2 years relevant
experience. 8. Letters of Reference from bankers regarding supplier’s credit position.
Detailed tender documents may be obtained from Procurement Office during normal working hours upon payment
of nonrefundable fee of Ksh 1000/= (Kenya shillings one thousand) or downloaded FREE of charge from the
college website: www.omugatvc.ac.ke or tenders portal www.tenders .go.ke. Special groups are encouraged to
apply. Duly completed bid documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with category number and category
name bearing no other mark, name or indication of the applicant should be addressed to

So as to be received on or before 24th August, 2023 at 11:00am East African Time. Applications will be opened
immediately thereafter at the Institution’s Library in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
Any canvassing in whatever way will render the prospective bidder(s)/applicant(s) ineligible for participation. The
Institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application/tender in whole or in part without giving reason(s)
for its decision
