PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR REVIEW AND DEVELOPMENT OF KENYA NATIONAL WATER MASTER PLAN FOR THE PERIOD 2023-2033

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FIRM SELECTION

RE- ADVERTISEMENT

1. The Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, State Department for Water and Sanitation invites sealed Request
for Proposals for the above consultancy services.
2. Interested Consultants may obtain further information from and inspect the RFP documents at Ministry of Water,
Sanitation and Irrigation, 3rd Floor, Room 322, Maji House, Ngong Road, Nairobi during normal working
hours.
3. Tendering will be conducted under Request for Proposal Method using the revised standardized RFP documents.
4. A mandatory Pre-Proposal conference shall be held on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 at Maji House, Ngong Road,
Nairobi on 4th Floor, Conference Room No. 449 at 11.00Am.
5. The completed Request for Proposal documents (Technical Proposal) and the (Financial Proposal) One (1)
original and Five (5) copies chronologically Serialized and paginated must be delivered to the Tender Box on
Ground Floor, Maji House, Ngong Road, Nairobi or sent to the address below. Bulky RFP documents should be
registered at the Procurement Office, Room 322, during normal working hours.
The Request for Proposal documents should be clearly marked with the RFP No. and Title and addressed to:

so as to be received on or before Tuesday 29th August 2023 at 11.00 am.
6. Prices Quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid
for 180 days from the closing date of the RFP.
7. The RFP will be opened immediately thereafter at Maji House Ngong Road, Nairobi on 4th Floor Conference
Room No. 449, in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend and sign a record of attendance.
8. Qualified and interested consulting firms may obtain a complete set of Request for Proposal Documents in
English language free of charge from the Ministry’s Website http://www.water.go.ke or Public Procurement
Information Portal. https://www.tender.go.ke.
