As such, FCA invites interested, eligible and competent firms to bid through open domestic bidding for the works below.

With Funds received from MFA Finn Church Aid (FCA) is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested contractors for the following tender:
Services.
Staff Work injury and Benefit Act (WIBA) and Group Life Assurance (GLA)
- All the services are for a humanitarian project implemented by FCA in Nairobi County.
- Please note that the prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.
All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through the following Link:
All bids, in English only, MUST be submitted online by 2259 hrs Kenyan time on 29th August 2023. as two different attachments.
- Duly filled Tender document- Please note FCA will get the quoted prices only from Annex 3 (Form of tender submission). Any other modifications will be automatically disqualified.
- Supporting documents/company documents as requested in clause 5 (Eligibility Criteria) and 6 (Contract Award Criteria)
Late bids will be rejected.

- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 31st August 2023 from 10.30 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).
